I answered a call from this number and they claim to be with Citi Bank. But be aware, it is a scammer trying to get you to call back and give them your SSN and bank information. DO NOT CALL BACK!!

Calling my cell phone and no one answers. When i call back and select option 1 to speak with customer service, they tell me their agents are all busy and I must call back. Option 2 is for the do not call list (which I did) but this can take 31 days. Those are the only options and there is no company name or anything given from this number. Meanwhile they keep calling me every 30 minutes.

keep calling non-stop for my brother who lives in a different state and i have told them that but they refuse to stop calling,they call several times in a row starting at 5pm to 10 pm.everyday

Recording: Card services letting me know there is nothing wrong with my account but they wanted to help lower my interest rate and to press 1 for more details. Pressed 1: Lady came on, I said please take my CELLphone number off the call list! She said nothing and disconnected.

This number has called me several times leaving me threatening messages. (Stating that there is a federal case against me saying that i have missed the last two payments of a payday loan. I have had payday loans out and they are all paid in full. I am also getting these calls at work too.Please advise me on what to do.
